Chat Room: 1st Semester Report（１学期のチャットルームのご報告）
Chat Room was held six times this semester on May 9th, 16th, June 6th, 13th, 27th, and July 4th.
Throughout these six sessions, around thirty students from all three grades participated.
One session (June 6th) was limited to first graders and over thirty motivated students participated!
We were very fortunate to have four Chat Leaders join us during lunch time.
Students were able to talk about various things, such as their hobbies, family, and school life in English with the university exchange students from different countries.
今学期、チャットルームは5月9日・16日・6月6日・13日・27日、7月4日の計6回開催いたしました。
この全6回のセッションでは、毎回全学年から約30名の生徒が参加しました。
うち1回（6月6日）は1年生だけで30名を超える生徒が参加しました！
今学期4名のチャットリーダー（留学生）が参加してくれています。
生徒は、様々な国から来た大学留学生と、趣味・家族・学校生活など、色々なことを英語で話すことができました。
What is “Chat Room?”
チャットルームとは？
Chat Room is a space for students to talk freely with “Chat Leaders,” who are selected students from abroad studying at Aoyama Gakuin University.
The goal of Chat Room is for students to improve their communication skills in English and to interact with international students.
It is also a great opportunity to take advantage of our shared campus with the university.
This semester, students met Chat Leaders from France, the United States, Vietnam, and many other countries.
Chat Room was held in the cafeteria during lunch, from 12:30～13:10.
チャットルームとは、青山学院大学の留学生との交流の場で、
英語でのコミュニケーション能力を高め、
留学生の皆さんと触れ合う機会を目的として開設しています。
同じキャンパス内に大学があるという、
地の利を生かした中等部の取り組みです。
今学期は、フランス、アメリカ、ベトナムなど、
様々な国のチャットリーダーと出会いました。
昼休み中12:30～13:10にカフェテリアでチャットルームを開催しました。
